Meet the Artist

Rachel grew up in Chicago. She graduated with a BFA in painting from Cornell University and now lives in Maryland and works around the DC area. She was previously awarded the DC Mayor's Arts Award for Outstanding Emerging Artist and an Artist Fellowship Program grant from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities. Her work is in the collections of Capital One Bank and DC's Art Bank, a rotating collection in government buildings around the District.
